On September 17, 2025, at the Ecolakes My Phuoc Ecological Township in Thoi Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Valley of Dreams II – Luxury project was solemnly held. The project is developed by SetiaBecamex JSC as the Investor, with AZB JSC serving as the General Contractor.

On August 27, 2025, AZB officially commenced its second groundbreaking ceremony of the month with the Fiber Production Factory Project, invested by DeHe Vietnam Industrial Co., Ltd. The ceremony took place successfully at Hiep Hoa Industrial Cluster, Hiep Hoa Commune, Tay Ninh Province.
