APSC MULTI-FUNCTIONAL WAREHOUSE PROJECT

AZB is honored to be selected as the general contractor for the APSC Multi-Functional Warehouse project, joining hands with Transimex and the AP supply chain to establish a key link in Vietnam’s national logistics network.

Transimex is one of the top four leading companies in Vietnam specializing in logistics services and integrated supply chain solutions. The company owns and operates a nationwide system of multi-temperature warehouses across major economic zones, with a total capacity of over 220,000 pallet positions and an annual handling volume exceeding 1 million tons of goods.

In addition to its advanced warehouse infrastructure, Transimex has built a comprehensive logistics ecosystem that delivers fully integrated services. This includes multimodal distribution networks supported by the corporation’s own infrastructure such as Transimex ICD Port in Ho Chi Minh City, Mipec Seaport in Hai Phong, a container truck fleet, and temperature-controlled vehicles serving clients nationwide.

The APSC Multi-Functional Warehouse project, owned by Transimex, is located in VSIP II-A Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province. It spans nearly 36,000 m² of land, with a built-up area of over 18,300 m², comprising:

• General Storage Area: 14,000 m² – approximately 22,000 pallet positions

• Temperature-Controlled Storage Area: 3,000 m² – approximately 5,400 pallet positions
