AZB GROUNDBREAKS VALLEY OF DREAMS II – LUXURY: CREATING A PREMIUM LIVING ICON AT ECOLAKES
On September 17, 2025, at the Ecolakes My Phuoc Ecological Township in Thoi Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Valley of Dreams II – Luxury project was solemnly held. The project is developed by SetiaBecamex JSC as the Investor, with AZB JSC serving as the General Contractor.
The ceremony was honored by the presence of local government leaders, including the Party Secretary and Chairman of the People’s Committee of Thoi Hoa Ward, as well as the Party Secretary and Chairman of the People’s Committee of Chanh Phu Hoa Ward.
Valley of Dreams II – Luxury is one of SetiaBecamex’s flagship projects at Ecolakes, covering an area of 16.47 hectares with 259 premium residences including detached villas, semi-detached villas, and luxury mansions. A distinctive highlight of the project is the nearly 5-hectare recreational space featuring two themed parks – Dreams Park and Forest Park – integrated with modern amenities, contributing to a sustainable ecosystem and enhancing the quality of life for future residents.
