AZB ORGANIZES MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM IN THE FIRST HALF OF 2025
On June 14, 2025, the training session on "Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Skills" was successfully conducted, marking the completion of AZB’s Management Training Program for the first half of 2025.
The program included a series of specialized courses designed to foster modern management thinking. Through these sessions, AZB’s management team was equipped with essential skills to strengthen their leadership capacity, effectively lead their teams, and support employees in their personal development journey — all toward achieving shared organizational goals.
