AZB Receives “Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2024” Award

HR Asia Awards is a prestigious international award with stringent evaluation criteria to nominate and honor companies with excellent human resources policies and professional working environments in Asia. The award has been held in numerous countries, including South Korea, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, UAE, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Indonesia. The award is present in 15 markets across the region, with over 400,000 survey participants annually.

Surpassing hundreds of candidates this year, AZB was highly rated through several rounds of rigorous and comprehensive evaluations based on the overall values that form the foundation of an excellent workplace, applicable to large labor markets in Asia. AZB’s survey results in all three indices—(1) Core Values, (2) Individual Values, and (3) Group Values—ranked higher than the average of the participating companies, earning them the award in their first participation.
