Tay Ninh weather is quite harsh, sometimes it is hot, when it rains, it causes many difficulties for construction activities. However, with extensive experience and careful preparation, the Steering Committee had appropriate construction measures along with the spirit of synergy, fierceness, internal resources moving forward with the determination to bring the project to the finish line on schedule, ensuring quality and safety.
