GROUND-BREAKING CEREMONY FOR THE APSC MULTIFUNCTIONAL WAREHOUSE AT VSIP II-A INDUSTRIAL PARK, BINH DUONG PROVINCE
On the morning of March 20, 2025, at VSIP II-A Industrial Park in Binh Duong Province, AP Supply Chain Joint Stock Company – a subsidiary of Transimex – held the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the APSC Multifunctional Warehouse. The project is developed by AP Supply Chain JSC with AZB Corporation serving as the main contractor.
Mr. Trần Minh Nhơn – General Director of AZB Corporation – performed the ground-breaking ritual for the project.
The ceremony was honored by the presence of Ms. Le Thi Kim Chau – Deputy Head of the Binh Duong Industrial Zones Authority – and Mr. Le Van Thinh – Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Export Processing and Industrial Zones Authority (HEPZA).
Representing the investor were Mr. Bui Tuan Ngoc – Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Le Duy Hiep – CEO of Transimex, along with board members, staff from subsidiary companies, partners, clients, and representatives from consulting, design, and construction units.

The APSC warehouse project is built on a nearly 36,000 m² land plot, with a construction area of over 18,300 m², comprising:

General storage: 14,000 m² – capacity of approximately 22,000 pallets

Temperature-controlled storage: 3,000 m² – capacity of approximately 5,400 pallets
The total storage capacity reaches up to 27,400 pallet positions, supporting a wide range of goods including general merchandise, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), and raw materials under both ambient and temperature-controlled conditions.
Beyond warehousing, APSC also integrates value-added services such as packaging, sorting, labeling, transportation, customs clearance, and distribution – forming part of Transimex’s comprehensive logistics ecosystem.
In her speech, Ms. Le Thi Kim Chau commended the project’s green development direction:
"We highly appreciate the enterprise’s investment in advanced technology combined with a rooftop solar power system, utilizing renewable energy to optimize operational efficiency while upholding sustainability standards. This clearly demonstrates a strong commitment to environmental protection, emissions reduction, and enhanced competitiveness in the context of the global Green Economy trend."
