In 2025, AZB continues to implement the HSSE Supervisor Training Program for safety supervision teams at project sites, aiming to strengthen their technical foundation and enhance practical skills in the field.
The program equips supervisors with a comprehensive system of core knowledge, including legal requirements, construction safety standards, hazard identification, supervision skills, and essential safety principles for high-risk environments such as working at height or in confined spaces.
This training focuses on hands-on practice, situational handling, incident investigation, emergency response, and advanced modules that help supervisors proactively manage all potential safety risks.
