LEARNING AND SHARING EXPERIENCE IS NEVER ENOUGH – AZB AT CHERRY BLOSSOM LAND

ICHIKEN is known as a prestigious General Contractor in Japan with a history of approximately 90 years of establishment and development.

Since 1930, ICHIKEN has always stuck up with such humanistic business principle:

“ICHIKEN wants to create a comfortable and affluent society from generating commercial spaces, houses, public infrastructure based on ideas derived from every single individual and bringing the highest utilities to consumers.”

The last October 2018 can be considered an important milestone of AZB in the Vietnam – Japan cooperation event between AZB Joint Stock Company and ICHIKEN Company Limited.

The two sides signed a bilateral cooperation and support agreement to develop both markets. In addition to the development of cooperation in business, ICHIKEN also creates opportunities for the engineers of AZB JSC to visit Japan for the exchange and shared experiences in construction.

Those last days of May in the country of cherry blossoms last year, AZB’s engineers visited the headquarters and participated in ICHIKEN’s internal meetings, as well as training sessions about intensive technical knowledge, safety from experienced engineers and experts. Not only encapsulated within the office, but ICHIKEN also created opportunities to bring AZB employees to visit the construction projects that ICHIKEN is the general contractor. Thereby, it can be seen that ICHIKEN is also a very prestigious contractor, having standardized activities from office organization to construction site, and applying advanced equipment techniques in the management process as well as building so as to achieve the highest efficiency for each project.

All main contractors or subcontractors, engineers or workers are carefully equipped before entering the building.

The machinery and equipment seem simple but still ensure the necessary requirements and safety efficiency.

All valuable experiences and knowledge were shared by all “masters” in the industry to AZB.

Not only participating in training and company tour, AZB was also honored to be invited by ICHIKEN to internal meetings.

Not only knowledge, but AZB also learn about the creativity of Japan: Image of safety signs with slogans are changed every month.

A week ended up with valuable experiences and beneficial knowledge earned, AZB has drawn treasured lessons that could be henceforth applied to the development of the company. This is also a remarkable milestone in the journey of sustainable cooperation between the two sides. Hopefully, AZB and ICHIKEN JSC will acquire such successful result in other future collaboration.
