On April 26th, AZB successfully organized an intensive training program titled "Developing Sustainable Management Capabilities" to enhance the skills and leadership mindset of its management team.
This program marks a key strategic initiative in AZB’s journey to build a professional management force. It delivered practical value with content closely aligned with real-world management work at AZB, including:
