TOPPING OUT CEREMONY OF FUSHENG FACTORY PROJECT
Phase 2 of the Fusheng Industrial Company Limited (Vietnam) Workshop Project B commenced on December 13, 2023. The project encompasses a construction area of 4,500m2, with a total floor area of 17,600m2 and a height of 36.4m. After over 5 months of construction, today marks the official topping out ceremony, signifying a significant milestone in the construction process and a pivotal moment in the development and expansion journey of the FuSheng Group.
Established in 1953, the FuSheng Group has always upheld a philosophy of pursuing product excellence and enriching lives through relentless efforts to deliver the highest quality products to customers. FuSheng's main manufacturing sectors include:
• Sports equipment: Producing and supplying 25% of the world's golf clubs.
• Mechanical components: Being the largest air compressor supplier in Asia and serving over 60 countries worldwide.
• Electronic components: Widely manufacturing and supplying products in the Asian market.
Expanding manufacturing scale in Vietnam is one of FuSheng's long-term strategies to produce products and services that not only compete in the international market but also meet requirements for environmental protection, energy efficiency, high quality, and customer satisfaction.
With a reputable presence in the construction industry and being among the Top 500 largest private enterprises in Vietnam, AZB Joint Stock Company is honored to be the general contractor for this project. Through unwavering determination, the project officially topped out on May 9, 2024, after more than 5 months of construction (including holidays and festivals). The distinctive structure of the Fusheng workshop, with its towering columns and expansive floor area, including positions for columns and open floors more than 11m high and the roof casting phase with a formwork height of 28m, posed challenges. With extensive experience in construction and technical expertise gained from implementing many previous projects with high standards and stringent requirements, AZB successfully completed the project on schedule and to the quality standards set by the Investor.
During the topping out ceremony, Mr. Tran Minh Nhon - General Director of AZB Joint Stock Company, expressed profound gratitude for the cooperation of the Investor, FuSheng Industrial Co., Ltd. (Vietnam), the design unit, and all partners who collaborated closely, supported AZB in fulfilling its mission. He also extended his appreciation to the project management team, supervising engineers, and all workers who devoted themselves to the project.
The ceremony was a resounding success, ushering in a new phase. With unwavering determination, the AZB team is united in delivering the project to completion, meeting the objectives of Schedule - Safety - Quality.
