TRANSFORMATION OF LAND USE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF DONG HAI INDUSTRIAL CLUSTER PROJECT

[May 17th, 2022] Document No. 359/TTg-NN, Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh approved the decision of Thai Binh provincial People's Committee to convert 21.9 hectares of paddy fields into non-agricultural land for the implementation of the Dong Hai Industrial Cluster project.

The Deputy Prime Minister requested Thai Binh provincial People's Committee to direct the implementation of the conversion of the mentioned paddy fields in accordance with the provisions of land and related laws; take full responsibility before the law and before the Prime Minister for the decision to implement the project and the organization of project implementation in accordance with land laws; carry out land allocation, leasing, and auctioning in accordance with the provisions of land laws, and ensure the project implementation is within the scope of authority and complies with land laws and other relevant laws and opinions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment will monitor and guide the implementation of the conversion of paddy fields in accordance with the provisions of land laws.
