NOVITA DECORATIVE TILE PRODUCTION FACTORY

The Novita Decorative Tile Manufacturing Plant is an industrial project invested by Novita Ceramic Production and Trading Joint Stock Company, with a total registered capital of VND 150 billion and a land area of 5.98 hectares. The project is located in Ham Kiem I Industrial Park, Binh Thuan Province, and is oriented toward the production of high-quality building materials to meet the growing market demand.

The plant is designed with a production capacity of up to 4,500,000 m² of tiles per year, applying modern manufacturing technologies to enhance product quality, optimize operational efficiency, and strengthen competitiveness in the building materials industry. AZB serves as the main contractor, responsible for structural works, finishing works, and the implementation of the project's MEP systems.

On October 29, 2025, the first kiln ignition ceremony was held at the plant, marking a significant milestone in the completion process and the transition into the operational phase. The event was attended by shareholders, Novita’s Board of Directors, clients, partners, as well as representatives from AZB and the project management team, demonstrating readiness for official production.

The project is expected to enhance Vietnam’s capacity in decorative tile manufacturing, while creating more job opportunities and contributing positively to the socio-economic development of Binh Thuan Province. With its modern scale and sustainable development orientation, the Novita plant is set to become a new industrial highlight in the region.
